Open Q&A

December 14, 2017 @ 5:30PM — 6:30PM Eastern Time (US & Canada)

These illnesses are complicated and extraordinarily difficult to live with. Even with an accurate diagnosis and proper medical care, improved symptom levels depend on knowledgeable self-management by the individual. In this question/discussion forum, you will be able to ask questions about managing your illness, hear others do the same, and participate in discussions of shared experiences. After attending this question/discussion forum, you’ll understand: • What are the important areas in which you can reduce your symptoms • Why it can be difficult to make life changes that are logical and beneficial • How difficult changes can occur despite setbacks or lack of progress
